Well, what a heck of a year doodles!!!
I’m currently training as a pantry girl at Max’s Malacanang (MM) Branch. I have to finish 200 hours of duty there. I thought, at first, it was kind of hard and I’m feeling a little fear inside. Well, of course, me and my dear classmate had some awesome adventures all throughout the Food Service System Practicum. Those were the days we walked around the Malacanang Complex, going back and forth Max’s and Casa Roces… Hahahaha!!! I won’t forget that. We found out Casa Roces was one of CCA’s restaurants… We almost got denied by Max’s Branch Manager during that time because what they require for OJT students were 300 hours minimum. They also require sort of training at the main branch in Scout Tuazon, Quezon City, and everything… (well…) But, thanks to one of my professors who happens to be a friend of the manager at MM. She called him, explaining the stuff, and finally, the MM Manager agreed, FOR 200 HOURS. Well, better than nothing ;) We came back, and pronto! Instantly accepted. :D
So days had passed by, we’re near the end of our FSS OJT, about 3 or 2 days left. Days passed by, pretty smooth and rough. Just fair enough. I feel good… UNTIL NOW. Well, I’m preparing for my “charity” duty - a week extension at MM. I’m just hoping for other areas to cover. :) And well, I’m quite feeling really ecstatic because there was this one waiter…well I just have a little crush on him. Oh shocks!! He’s so darn gorgeous for me, I can’t help but smile and feel week when I walk home because he’s in my mind… almost, all the time!!! :DD Swear, I’m secretly “kinikilig talaga”…
That’s one reason why December 2012 was a really sweet month for me.
